I bought three sets, including this one, and there’s no going back for me! They are durable- surviving diaper changes, bottle washing, and load of laundry. I’ll be wearing Static Nails from now on!
I love the design of these. It adds color and isn’t boring, yet it’s so simple and classic. However, the main nail bed is a transparent pink and you can see all the glue bubbles underneath. Of course it’s not noticeable from far away and only people looking closely can tell. Overall I love them but probably won’t be buying again for that reason.
Hi Elle! So glad you love them, avoiding air bubbles on sheer sets is super easy! All you need to do is ensure you are using enough glue and pressure before moving on. Next time, just use more glue and use your thumb to apply firm, even pressure on the entire nail to avoid air pockets. Air pockets can also be pressed-out before moving on. Not having air pockets will also keep your manicure on longer. If you'd like there are also full-coverage sets where you will not be able to see any air pockets no matter how little glue is applied. I adore the shape, the quality, packaging, its all great. My one problem is that because I'm olive-skinned, the "pink" part of the nails doesn't match my skintone very well. I'm not super dark so it isn't too bad, but be aware if you are that the pink on these is very opaque and very light!!
