Took new product to nail technician.. Brush was bent asked if had been used i said No brand new .. Contacted company they sent me new brush same issue ..have not been abke to use asked for replacement or refund have not received either..

I was really excited about this product. Unfortunately, it was far less than expected. The brush was completely curled and unusable. When I reached out to customer service, they gave me lengthy instructions on how to replace the brush. I requested a replacement product. They declined and have not responded to my emails for a refund. They left me with a unusable product that I spent almost $20 on. Extremely disappointed. I will never use them again.

Several products from this order arrived defective, and I am unable to use the product. The brush in the nail treatment is curved severely and I am unable to use these items. I emailed customer service on 8/21/26 to request a refund or a replacement.

This polish was horrible. The brush came extremely bent that you can’t even use it to polish your nails. I unfortunately bought two of them and both were defective. I notified static nails last week and they have made no resolution and have only put me off stating that they will get back to me. I also wrote a review on their site regarding this polish again no resolution.
