HOW TO USE
Shake well before each use to activate the unique dual-phase formula. Once activated, apply the remover to a cotton round. Lightly press the cotton round against closed eyelids for a few seconds before gently wiping away eye makeup. If needed, saturate a cotton swab with remover and twist it along your lash line for a deep clean between the roots of your lashes. Rinse with water when finished to reveal refreshed, Crystal Clear eyes.
